SOUTHFIELDS

A complete refurbishment of a four-bedroom family home in Southfields, reconfigured to create a more open, connected and functional living environment.

The project included a full rewire and replumb, the opening up of two reception rooms to form a generous living and dining space, a new kitchen and utility room, underfloor heating throughout the ground floor, and fully remodelled bathrooms, including a new principal ensuite. A consistent palette of natural materials, bespoke finishes and carefully considered detailing brought a calm, contemporary feel to the home while significantly improving the flow and functionality for modern family living.
