As a fifth-generation construction professional, with family roots in the industry dating back to 1884, Claudia combines generations of expertise with a contemporary, design-led approach to residential refurbishment and construction.
Working closely with clients, architects and interior designers from the earliest stages, Claudia helps shape projects by balancing creative vision with practical delivery. Her collaborative approach and attention to detail ensure every home is thoughtfully designed, highly functional and carefully considered, creating exceptional spaces that exceed expectations.
NICK HEARNE
Nick leads construction delivery across every Hearne House project, overseeing programmes, budgets, technical coordination and on-site execution.
Known for his meticulous attention to detail and methodical approach, Nick ensures every project is delivered with precision, consistency and exceptional craftsmanship. Working closely with site teams, consultants and specialist trades, he maintains rigorous oversight throughout the build, from structural works to the final finishing touches.
