Our involvement on this project started with us sourcing the Grade II listed property off-market for a returning investor client. Once acquired for a sum significantly under market value,  we designed and managed the reconfiguration and interior fit-out of this once-damp and dilapidated basement flat to better reflect it's prestigious garden square location. The property was fully stripped out before tanking and constructing the new improved layout.


The refurbished apartment features invisible wall and ceiling speakers, bespoke joinery throughout, full home automation, engineered wood floors and was fully furnished ready for the sales market.  The project was complete on time and on budget for our investor Client who was delighted to have achieved a 100% return on their investment when the flat was sold.
