This bright and modern two bedroom home is unrecognisable from the tired and dank flat that once stood in its place. We completely overhauled the layout of this property, with only one wall throughout that wasn’t moved, including an extension to the ground floor and the excavation of the basement to add some valuable square footage and living space. We installed underfloor heating and timber floors throughout, and completely overhauled the neglected garden to create an outdoor extension of the living kitchen area with large bifold doors.
