This project involved turning a dilapidated studio flat into a smart one-bedroom flat ready for the short-term rental market. We were working to a deadline of just four weeks, which included removing load-bearing structural walls and installing the Client's furniture. The flat features underfloor heating throughout, inbuilt ceilings speakers and engineered wood floors. The project was delivered on time and on budget to a Client who has since returned to us to complete further projects.
